Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Jag Bhalai Seva Dham Shri Mahakal Kranti Trust, we deeply value your support and contributions. Every donation helps us carry out our mission of serving society. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
- Once a donation is made through our website or other platforms, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Donors are therefore requested to double-check the details, including donation amount, before confirming the transaction.
2. Incorrect Transactions
- In case of a technical error, duplicate transaction, or wrong amount entered, kindly contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.
- The Trust will verify the details, and if found valid, initiate a refund to the same payment method within 15 working days.
3. Tax Exemption
- Eligible donations may qualify for tax benefits under the applicable laws of India (if the Trust is registered under 80G/12A).
- Once a donation receipt is issued, it cannot be canceled or revised.
4. Disputes
- Any dispute regarding a donation or refund shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
